All of our furniture utilizes as much solid wood as possible. In hidden areas with expansion/contraction concerns such as a drawer bottoms or cabinet backs we will incorporate plywood as it is the better option. Aside from those few instances we will use solid wood and no veneers whatsoever unless specifically requested.

Yes! Our store front is now open in historic Downtown Abbotsford. We are located at 120-2553 Montrose Ave and our hours of operation are from Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 4:30pm. We are closed on Sunday and Monday. We have several display items to view as well as stain and hardware samples. We hope to see you soon to chat about your custom order!

Our lead time is on average around 3-4 months. Contact us today for an updated lead time. We do not carry any inventory, so our current lead time would apply to all new orders.

We handle all of our own deliveries to ensure the furniture arrives safely. Our delivery fee includes help with move in and our driver will set up the furniture for you as well! For non-local deliveries we are only able to send one driver, so help with move in will be required. We have not been affected with border closures as we have a commercial vehicle and we are permitted to deliver to the USA. Please contact us for delivery fees to Washington, Oregon and California.

Yes! We have samples available to view in person in our showroom (120-2553 Montrose Ave, Abbotsford). You can also visit our Stains and Materials pages to see them. Browsing our various products may be the best way to pick a finish you like. We often leave stain as "to be determined" if you need more time to decide after placing your order.

If you would like some samples mailed to you we do require the order to be placed first. We charge $30 for up to 3 samples and we would include these on the invoice for your order. Our spray finisher keeps extremely busy finishing all of our customer's orders, so this is our policy when it comes to ordering stain samples and he usually does 1 large batch a month.

We recommend 24" of space to seat each occupant comfortably, so this should be taken into account when choosing the proper table size for your needs. Placement of a table should allow 36-42" between it and the walls or nearest obstruction.

BBCF offers delivery within and surrounding Greater Vancouver, Vancouver Island, Fraser Valley, Squamish, Whistler, Okanagan, Calgary, Edmonton, Seattle, Portland, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

We offer a flat rate delivery fee of $150 within the Lower Mainland. This is a white glove service that includes move in and set up from two representatives. Please contact us for delivery information and fees for other areas! For non-local deliveries we are only able to send one driver, so help with move in will be required. Delivery will be arranged with you closer to completion of your order, and delivery is Monday-Friday.

After placing an order or inquiry we will respond with an email typically well within 24 hours (weekends included) to confirm any additional information. If you don't need any customizations on your product you can simply add it to the shopping cart and continue to the checkout! For custom orders we will send an e-invoice which will summarize all of the details discussed, as well as provide a credit card payment option which will put your order in our queue.

Yes! All of our beds come ready to assemble in manageable pieces. Our beds are very easy to assemble and can be done in 5-10 minutes.

Once an order is placed, you will receive and email from one of our team members with all of our different handle options to choose from! We do have some of our most popular styles on display in our showroom as well.

Yes! We can customize our existing products or even work with our customers to come up with a new design that meets their vision.

We typically have 30-40 projects working their way through our production line at any given time, and it can take several weeks for each order to work its way through. The majority of our lead time is spent building the orders in our queue.
